Tea Ingredients: White tea, chocolate bits

Flavor: Sweet white tea with hints of cocoa

Benefits: White tea is rich in anti-oxidants and can help with skin aging. Chocolate bits may improve blood flow.

Tea Brewing Instructions

• Boil one cup (equal to 200 ml) water in a pot (up to 80°C/176°F - fuming hot).
• Add one teaspoon of tea to a cup or strainer. Pour hot water on the leaves. 
• Steep for 3-5 minutes. 
• Enjoy!
